Our company is a third generation family owned and operated business. The company was established in 1934 by John Paul Lahr and is currently under the control of his grandson. We have been in our present location since 1978. Our crew foremen have been with the company an average of twenty-two years each and worked their way up to that position from within the company.

We specialize in flat and low slope roofing repairs, maintenance and complete system replacement. We are knowledgeable in the techniques  cold applied built-up roofing systems, modified bitumen roof systems and E.P.D.M. (rubber) roof systems. This includes installations for commercial, industrial and residential structures. We are approved applicators of Firestone & Certainteed roof systems. We also do repairs to shingle roof systems but do not do shingle roof replacement. We do not use sub-contractors to do our roof work.

We rely on referrals and 'word of mouth' to promote our services and encourage inquiries about our company through the B.B.B. or Angie's List (we are past Super Service Award winners and currently carry an ‘A' rating).

Our company is fully insured (including Workman Compensation coverage) and we are licensed by the City of Indianapolis (C0079100) and we are also ‘bonded'.

Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. We are not the biggest roofing contractor in town but we feel we are one of the BEST.
